自上料搅拌车的轴承,轴承在正常的使用过程中是慢慢磨损的,但是如果因发动机的装配调整不当、润滑油的品质不好或使用条件恶劣等因素致使轴承过早的磨损或者出现各种损伤,则是人为造成的过早损坏,轴承过早损坏的形式有机械损坏、轴承穴蚀、疲劳点蚀、腐蚀等等。机械损伤是指轴瓦的合金表面出现不同程度的沟痕,严重时在接触面发生金属剥离以及出现大面积的杂乱划伤,一般情况下接触面损伤与烧油现象同时存在。轴承穴蚀是轴承在气缸压力冲击载荷的反复作用下,表面层发生塑性变形和冷作硬化,局部丧失变形能力,逐步形成条纹并不断扩展,然后随着磨屑的脱落,在受载表面形成凹穴。

Under the repeated action of the cylinder pressure impact load, the surface layer of the bearing undergoes plastic deformation and cold work hardening, loses the deformation ability locally, forms the stripe gradually and expands continuously, and then forms the cavity on the loaded surface with the debris falling off.
自上料搅拌车如果定位不良,需拆下换挡叉轴,检验定位球及弹簧。如果齿轮未完全啮合,用手推动掉档的齿轮或齿套,能者却啮合,应检查换挡叉是否弯曲或者磨损,换挡叉固定螺丝有没有松动,叉端与齿轮槽间隙是否过大。若是换挡良好,而齿轮或齿套又能完全啮合时,应检查齿轮是否磨成雏形、轴承是否松旷、变速轴是否前后移动。根据上述检查所发现的问题,按标准修复,必要时需更换新件。

According to the problems found in the above inspection, repair according to the standard, and replace the new parts if necessary.
