Since the loading mixer, the transmission system adopts the power take-off form of the original vehicle engine. The power take-off device transfers the force from the engine to the reducer, and drives the mixing tank to rotate forward and backward, so as to realize the feeding and discharging. The hydraulic system is mainly composed of hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, reducer, etc. the hydraulic pump is equipped with manual servo adjusting handle, which can adjust the flow and flow direction of hydraulic oil, so as to control the steering and rotating speed of the mixing tank. The forward and reverse rotation of the mixing tank can be stepless speed regulation.
Since the bearing of the loading mixer, the bearing is slowly worn in the normal use process. However, if the bearing is prematurely worn or damaged due to improper assembly and adjustment of engine, poor quality of lubricating oil or poor service conditions, it is artificial premature damage. The forms of premature bearing damage include mechanical damage, bearing pitting corrosion and fatigue pitting corrosion Corrosion, etc. Mechanical damage refers to the different degree of groove marks on the alloy surface of bearing bush. In serious cases, metal peeling and large-area random scratch occur on the contact surface. Generally, the contact surface damage and oil burning phenomenon exist at the same time. Under the repeated action of the cylinder pressure impact load, the surface layer of the bearing undergoes plastic deformation and cold work hardening, loses the deformation ability locally, forms the stripe gradually and expands continuously, and then forms the cavity on the loaded surface with the debris falling off.
If the positioning of the self feeding mixer is poor, remove the shift fork shaft and check the positioning ball and spring. If the gears are not fully engaged and the gear or gear sleeve that is out of gear is pushed by hand, but the gear can be engaged, check whether the shift fork is bent or worn, whether the fixed screw of the shift fork is loose, and whether the gap between the fork end and the gear groove is too large. If the shift is good, and the gear or gear sleeve can fully mesh, check whether the gear is grinded into a rudiment, whether the bearing is loose, and whether the speed change shaft moves back and forth. According to the problems found in the above inspection, repair according to the standard, and replace the new parts if necessary.
