Time relay is a very important component in the electrical control system. It is generally divided into two types: power on delay and power off delay. 时间继电器的接线方法:
Wiring method of time relay:
1、控制接线:把它看成直流继电器来考虑;
1. Control wiring: consider it as DC relay;
2、工作控制:虽然控制电压接上了,但是是否起控制作用,由面板上的计时器决定;
2. Work control: Although the control voltage is connected, whether it plays a control role is determined by the timer on the panel;
3、功能理解:它就是一个开关,单刀双掷的,有一个活动点活动臂,就像常见的闸刀开关的活动刀臂一样;

4:负载接线:电源的零线或负极接用电器的零线或负极端;

5、工作原理:计时无效期间,相当于平常电灯开关断开状态。有效时,继电器动作,用电器得电工作,相当于平常电灯开关接通状态。

按工作原理分类 按其工作原理的不同,时间继电器可分为空气阻尼式时间继电器、电动式时间继电器、电磁式时间继电器、电子式时间继电器等。
自上料搅拌机
According to the working principle, time relay can be divided into air damping time relay, electric time relay, electromagnetic time relay, electronic time relay and so on.
(1)空气阻尼式时间继电器利用空气通过小孔时产生阻尼的原理获得延时。其结构由电磁系统、延时机构和触头三部分组成。电磁机构为双口直动式,触头系统为微动开关,延时机构采用气囊式阻尼器。

The electromagnetic mechanism is double port direct acting, the contact system is micro switch, and the delay mechanism is air bag damper.
(2)电子式时间继电器 电子式时间继电器是利用RC电路中电容电压不能跃变,只能按指数规律逐渐变化的原理,即电阻尼特性获得延时的。特点:延时范围广,长可达3600 S,精度高,一般为5%左右,体积小,耐冲击震动,调节方便。
(2) Electronic time relay electronic time relay is based on the principle that the capacitor voltage in RC circuit can not jump, but can only change gradually according to the exponential law, that is, the electrical damping characteristics to obtain delay. Features: wide delay range, up to 3600 s, high precision, generally about 5%, small volume, shock resistance, convenient adjustment.
(3)电动机式时间继电器 电动机式时间继电器是利用微型同步电动机带动减速齿轮系获得延时的。特点:延时范围宽,可达72小时,延时准确度可达1%,同时延时值不受电压波动和环境温度变化的影响。电动机式时间继电器的延时范围与精度是其他时间继电器无法比拟的,其缺点是结构复杂、体积大、寿命低、责,准确度受电源频率影响。
(3) Motor type time relay motor type time relay uses micro synchronous motor to drive reduction gear train to obtain time delay. Features: wide delay range, up to 72 hours, delay accuracy up to 1%, while the delay value is not affected by voltage fluctuations and environmental temperature changes. The delay range and precision of motor time relay are incomparable with other time relays. Its disadvantages are complex structure, large volume, low life, low price and accuracy affected by power frequency.
(4)电磁式时间继电器。电磁式时间继电器是利用电磁线圈断电后磁通缓慢衰减的原理使磁系统的衔铁延时释放而获得触点的延时动作原理而制成的,它的特点是触点容量大,故控制容量大,但延时时间范围小.精度稍差,主要用于直流电路的控制中。
(4) Electromagnetic time relay. Electromagnetic time relay is based on the principle of slow attenuation of magnetic flux after the power-off of electromagnetic coil, which makes the armature of magnetic system release in time delay to obtain the delay action principle of contact. Its characteristic is that the contact capacity is large, so the control capacity is large, but the delay time range is small and the precision is slightly poor. It is mainly used in the control of DC circuit.
