1、换油：冲压式潜水搅拌机一般每半年需要更换一次润滑油，润滑油的型号为32#机械油，换油时，小心拧开油塞，放进其内存油，注意油枪内可能会有剩余的内压，以防油的喷射。

1. Oil change: the stamping submersible mixer generally needs to change the lubricating oil once every six months. The type of lubricating oil is 32 # machine oil. When changing the oil, carefully open the oil plug and put the oil into its memory. Pay attention that there may be residual internal pressure in the oil gun to prevent the oil from spraying.

2、潜水搅拌机机械密封的组装和拆卸：组装必须在非常干净的环境条件进行，装配介质为纯净的润滑油。必须洗净机械密封的各个部位，接着将两端机械密封的静环装置均匀平稳的压入定位孔中，注意保护好静环密封面，切不可损坏密封面，然后利用导向套将动环装入轴上，合上油室端盖，注意不要碰撞到机械密封的密封面，机械密封的拆卸，可按上面的反顺序进行。

2. Assembly and disassembly of mechanical seal of submersible mixer: the assembly must be carried out in a very clean environment, and the assembly medium is pure lubricating oil. First of all, all parts of the mechanical seal must be cleaned. Then, the static ring devices of the mechanical seal at both ends must be pressed into the positioning hole evenly and smoothly. Pay attention to protect the sealing surface of the static ring. Do not damage the sealing surface. Then, use the guide sleeve to install the dynamic ring into the shaft and close the end cover of the oil chamber. Pay attention not to collide with the sealing surface of the mechanical seal, This can be done in reverse order.

3、轴承润滑脂：一般大修时更换一次，润滑脂量为轴承腔间隙1/3到1/2处，润滑脂采用高温钙纳基润滑脂。

3. Bearing grease: it should be replaced once in general overhaul. The amount of grease should be 1 / 3 to 1 / 2 of the bearing cavity clearance. High temperature calcium nano base grease is recommended.

4、潜水搅拌机的泄露保护处理：假如渗漏开关保护，表示电机侧的机械密封损坏，必须要检查和修理，打开油室腔的堵塞，排尽其内积液。

4. Leakage protection treatment of submersible mixer: if the leakage switch is protected, it means that the mechanical seal on the motor side is damaged. It must be checked and repaired. Open the blockage in the oil chamber and drain the liquid in it.
